Flexible thixotropic joint filler
POLYAC® 200 is a PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) based, permanently tough - flexible, thixotropic joint filler.
The product is available in 20 Kg pails.
POLYAC® 200 can be applied on both flat and inclined surfaces.
In layer thickness of 2 cm for a joint width of 4 cm and more this flexible mass can be walked on after 1 hour.
For larger layer thickness or joint width POLYAC® 200 must be poured in several layers.
Minimum joint width is 8 mm
POLYAC® 200 can be coloured by adding 3 to 4% coloured paste
POLYAC® 200 can be filled with Quartz 0,2-0,8 and thickener to increase the viscosity
Visco 10 Pa.s +/- 1 Pa.s
(20 °C Brookfield, spindel V/50 tr/min.)
It can be used in the the Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Veterinary, General industry, parking decks, bridge decks, waterproofing
