Repair mortar
POLYAC® M is a very fast-reacting PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) resin as a binder for a fast mortar or polymer concrete. In combination with the POLYAC® M FILLLER, whether or not further bulking out with sand or aggregates, a hard acrylic mortar with high mechanical resistance and extremely fast hardening is obtained.
The product is available in 180 Kg drums or 20 Kg pails.
Visco 75 mPa.s +/- 25 mPa.s
(20°C Brookfield, spindle III/200 rpm)
It can be used in the Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Veterinary, General Industry, Warehousing, concrete repairs

• Repair mortar and reprofiling for cement and concrete floors: residential and industrial floors, incl. cold rooms and freezing tunnels
• Levelling mortar for mineral substrates
• Manholes reinstatement and bedding mortar
• Setting anchor bolts and underfilling of base plates
• Fixation of expansion joint profiles
• Filling holes and trenches
Application:
For creation of Ramps: 1 part Resin + 2 % BPO + 7 part Quartz 0,7-1,2
Do not add BPO when POLYAC® M Filler is used !!!!
