Polyurethane cement SL23 / SL is a heavy-duty self-levelling polyurethane cement resin rich floor screed system, providing superb resistance against chemical and bacterial attack, thermal shock and abrasion. The product is available in 3 or 4 pack.
Polyurethane cement SL23 / SL can also be used as base of a multi-layer system and receive the quartz, bauxite or other broadcast, and be top coated with polyurethane cement HB / TF or PolySpartan TCA.
A food grade non-taint and odourless product, providing slip resistance in wet and dry conditions. When installed at 3 mm thickness, the system is resistant to heavy duty cleaning and process liquids up to 75ºC and also suitable for freezer temperatures down to -20ºC. Its nominal thickness is 2 - 3 mm.
For fast installation, Polyurethane cement SL23 / SL can be mixed in the Clever Mixing Station, as it a resin rich system and applied by pin rake and dented trowel.
