Screedepox CQ is a 100% solids, solvent free, 2 component, ceramized – coloured quartz epoxy screed binder.
Screedepox CQ binder provides a very good compression strength, which givees it a good base for a decorative long lifetime floor.
Screedepox CQ needs to be combined with quartz 03-0,9 or 0,7-1,2, or a mixture
Screedepox CQ can resist to + 70°C temperatures when applied at 5 mm.
Screedepox CQ can be applied between 5 and 15 mm.
The product is part of a system which provides the CeramiQuartz Epoxy floor.
This system has and extremely good wear and scratch resistance, it's completely closed and is non yellowing, and it has also a very good chemical resistance.
Screedepox CQ can only be used on concrete.
The application can be done by trowel and screed box and screed bar, a power trowel can be used to obtain a perfectly closed surface. The same can be obtained with a manual trowel, however needs more labour.
Screedepox CQ is using the Primepox R Base and a special Screedepox CQ Hardener.
Screedepox CQ is also developed with highly pure raw materials and with the wellbeing of the contractor in mind.
